77rs Terms and Conditions –
Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between you ("the Player") and 77rs ("the Platform") concerning access to and use of the 77rs website, mobile application and all associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

77rs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be given through the platform and the updated Terms will be published. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all sections of the 77rs platform including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo and all promotional activities. Where specific rules apply to a particular section or promotion, those rules are supplementary to these Terms and should be read alongside them.

2. Account Registration

To access betting, casino, bingo and withdrawal functions on 77rs, you must register a player account. Registration requires providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and accurate at all times.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 77rs platform. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. 77rs reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, and accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.

One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed, all balances voided and any bonuses claimed will be recovered. This applies regardless of whether the duplication was intentional.

• You must provide truthful and complete registration information.
• Accounts registered using false details will be suspended pending verification.
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately.

3. Deposits

All transactions on the 77rs platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and major debit and credit cards. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your 77rs account immediately in most cases. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. 77rs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using accounts or cards belonging to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Deposit funds are available for betting immediately upon confirmation.
• 77rs does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits under a minimum threshold will be rejected and returned to the source.
• All deposits are subject to standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering checks.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. If you deposited via JazzCash, your withdrawal will be sent to the same JazzCash account. The same applies to Easypaisa, Raast and bank accounts. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.

Verification required: Account identity verification must be completed in full before your first withdrawal is approved. This typically means submitting a copy of your CNIC or passport. Requests submitted before verification is complete will be held until verification is finalised.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers typically take one to three business days. Specific processing times are detailed on the Withdrawal page.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the cashier.
• 77rs reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing large withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before they are processed, returning funds to the account balance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

77rs offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to their specific terms, which are stated on the relevant Promotions page. The terms below apply to bonuses generally unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The required wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 20x requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal from bonus-derived funds is possible.

Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players as specified on each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available once per player and once per household address. Creating additional accounts to claim bonuses more than once is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and bonuses voided.

• Bonus funds expire if the stated wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates by game type are stated on each promotion.
• 77rs reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Players who attempt to exploit bonus structures through irregular play may have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
• Free bets that result in winnings are paid as real money subject to the applicable wagering requirement.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The 77rs sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, esports and other sports. Bets are accepted pre-match and in-play where markets are available. Odds are displayed as decimal odds and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.

Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once a confirmation message is displayed and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. Bets placed on markets that have already closed or settled are void, and stakes are returned. It is the player's responsibility to verify that bets have been accepted correctly.

Settlement: Sports bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. 77rs uses official match results and does not accept responsibility for errors in third-party data feeds, though every reasonable effort is made to ensure accuracy.

• Abandoned matches: bets are generally voided unless a sufficient portion of the match has been played as defined in sport-specific rules.
• In cricket, if a match is reduced due to weather (DLS method applied), bets are settled on the official result.
• Obvious pricing errors in any market allow 77rs to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and event type; these are visible in the bet slip.
• Accumulator bets are void if any leg is voided, with stakes returned for that leg and the accumulator recalculated.

7. Casino & Bingo Rules

Live casino games at 77rs are provided by third-party game studios and streamed in real time. Slots and table game software uses certified random number generation. 77rs does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for software malfunctions originating from third-party providers, though support will be available to resolve any issues fairly.

In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game or a slot spin that has already been initiated, the game outcome will be recorded by the server and your account adjusted accordingly when the connection is restored. Where a game cannot be completed or the result cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

Bingo games at 77rs use independently verified random ball drawing. Once tickets are purchased for a game, the buy-in is non-refundable unless the game is cancelled before it begins. Prizes are calculated and credited automatically after each game settles.

• Bingo prizes are shared equally among multiple simultaneous winners of the same prize tier.
• 77rs reserves the right to void any bet or game round where technical evidence suggests a fault affected the outcome.

8. Player Conduct

Players are expected to use the 77rs platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Creating more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Providing false identity information or forged verification documents.
• Using another person's payment details or account credentials.
• Any behaviour that constitutes fraud, money laundering or illegal activity under applicable law.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 77rs reserves the right to void all bets placed during the period of prohibited activity, close the account and withhold any balances pending investigation. Funds may be forfeited permanently where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed.

9. Privacy & Data

77rs collects and processes personal data in order to operate player accounts, process transactions, verify identities, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal requirements. Your personal information is not sold to third parties and is handled in accordance with the 77rs Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.

By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data required for account management, identity verification, transaction processing and communications relating to your account and active promotions.

• You have the right to request access to your personal data held by 77rs.
• You may request correction of inaccurate personal data through the account settings or by contacting support.
• Account closure requests are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy data retention policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

77rs is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. The platform offers a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every account's settings panel. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time alerts, cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion.

Players are encouraged to use deposit limits from the moment they register, setting an amount they are comfortable spending over a defined period. These limits can be lowered at any time with immediate effect. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the change takes effect.

Self-exclusion removes access to the platform for a minimum period chosen by the player. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. Players who self-exclude will not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period.

11. Account Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 77rs support. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to the funds.

77rs reserves the right to close or suspend any player account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, use of the platform by a minor, failure to provide requested verification documents, or unusual activity that triggers regulatory review obligations.

• Accounts closed for breach of Terms forfeit any bonus balances and may forfeit real-money balances where fraud is confirmed.
• Suspended accounts are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible, and outcomes are communicated to the player.
• Players who disagree with an account decision may contact support to request a review.

12. Changes to These Terms

77rs reserves the right to update and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-platform notification or email to your registered address. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the 77rs platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you may close your account in accordance with the account closure process described in Section 11.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. 77rs recommends reviewing them whenever you receive a notification of changes or at least once every few months if you are an active player.
